Spacious Studio

This spacious studio and classroom is available for use by individual artists, art groups and visiting college faculty interested in working in an Irish rural setting and who require space, facilities and good natural light to work in.

The Connor/Crean Centre The Connor|Crean Centre is situated in Annascaul village, nestled in a valley surrounded by the inspiring Corcha Dhuibhne (Corka Guiny) mountains on the Dingle Peninsula. The village is a 30 minute drive from Tralee and 15 minutes from Dingle. Pubs serve hot food and have entertainment throughout the week.

Beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside can be seen from the studio. There's ample car parking available next to the studio to serve a large number of visitors to the centre.

Inside is a large work area. One wall consists of mostly glass, (which allows for excellent natural light into the studio) with four double glass doors opening out on to a decked area. The opposite wall has two large industrial size doors to allow for easy delivery of large items. On one end-wall stands a Belfast sink.

The Connor/Crean Centre  lecture roomSixteen outlets for compressed air are attached to the walls throughout the studio and twenty electrical sockets. In the evenings the studio can be well light with the large number of lights that cover the ceiling. Chairs and heavy duty benches are available for use. The building has disabled access and complies with fire safety regulations. Both the studio and the room have phone ports and are gas fire heated. Ladies and Gents toilets and shower available. Wheelchair accessible toilet and shower. Outside water faucet.
